Manila, Philippines 07 November 2023. Data from the Philippine
Statistics Authority (PSA) released on 07 November showed that
the Philippines' headline inflation eased in October 2023 from
6.1 (September) to 4.9 percent, making the national average
inflation since the beginning of the year at 6.4 percent. Food,
non-alcoholic beverages and transport were among the factors
