Congos, garabatos and cumbia were the 'kings of tradition' this Sunday in the Gran Parada parade, in which 170 groups explored the different rhythms and dances that frame the Barranquilla Carnival as a Masterpiece of Oral Heritage and Intangible of Humanity. When parading, more than 10,000 carnival members exhibited the talent, tradition and essence of the carnival in the form of dances such as cumbia, congos and garabatos.
