(ANSA) - ROMA, 02 DIC - epa11753018 Fatima, a traditional carpet weaver, works on a loom in the village of Tislit near Taznakht, Morocco, 21 November 2024 (issued 02 December 2024).
Upon returning home following a day of work in the fields, the women of Taznakht, in southern Morocco, spend hours spinning wool and weaving carpets. Each tribe in Taznakht has a distinct carpet style, and each woman adds her personal touch. Made out of wool and natural dyes such as henna, saffron and rose water, the carpets of Taznakht keep the ancient Amazigh women legacy alive. EPA/JALAL MORCHIDI (ANSA).
