speak during a press conference to provide an update on the
implementation of the announcements made on 01 February and
present the main thrusts of the Agriculture Bill at the Hotel
Matignon in Paris, France, 21 February 2024. On 23 January, the
EU Agriculture and Fisheries Council highlighted the importance
of providing the conditions necessary to enable EU farmers to
ensure food security sustainably and profitably, as well as
ensuring a fair income for farmers.
