people advocating the legal use of cannabis demonstrated to
oppose the government's plan to revoke the decriminalization of
cannabis and to reclassify marijuana as a narcotic by the end of
2024. After 2022 cannabis decriminalization, the Thai Public
Health Minister signed a draft legislation regarding the banning
of cannabis for recreational use, or in the case of growing for
economic purposes, the process must be controlled and approved.
The proposed new legislation will focus on regulating the use of
