(ANSA) - ROMA, 24 SET - Taxi drivers gather during a
demonstration calling for better working conditions and higher
pay in front of Uber headquarters in Brussels, Belgium, 24
September 2024. Some 500 street taxi drivers affiliated with the
Belgian Limousine Drivers' Union (UCLB) staged a demonstration
to denounce the workload and the Uber commission, which can
reach up to 35 percent on attractive routes, competition systems
between drivers and the uncertainty of their professional
existence.
