    According to the latest forecast from Philippine state weather bureau on 07 November, Yinxing intensifies continuously up to super typhoon strength over the Philippine Sea. Yinxing was spotted 175 kilometers east of Aparri, Cagayan province moving west northwestward slowly, packing maximum sustained winds of 165 kilometers per hour (kph) near the center and gustiness of up to 205 kph.
