King Felipe VI of Spain on Wednesday
thanked former premiers Mario Draghi and Enrico Letta for their
key recent reports on the EU.
The report by former central banker Draghi focused on boosting
the bloc's competitivenes while Letta's earlier report
re-imagined the single market.
Speaking to the House on EU integration, Felipe said: "The
Draghi and Letta reports will be two of the most important
baggage that we will take with us. We take this opportunity to
thank these two great Italians for their commitment and their
strategic vision".
