Eni said Monday that it has completed
the sale of Nikaitchuq and Oooguruk, its assets owned in Alaska,
to Hilcorp fo one billion dollars.
The Italian energy giant said the move is in line with its
strategy "focused on the rationalization of the upstream
activities by rebalancing its portfolio and divesting
non-strategic assets".
