A key witness on October 25 saw
Aurora, the 13-year-old who died in Piacenza, and her
15-year-old boyfriend, who has been arrested on murder charges,
shortly before she fell to her death from the balcony of her
apartment building, according to press reports confirmed by
investigative sources on Wednesday.
The witness allegedly told Carabinieri police investigating
Aurora's death what they saw and the testimony convinced
investigators to arrest the boy, daily newspapers Libertà and
Repubblica reported on Wednesday.
A juvenile court in Bologna on Wednesday morning will rule on
the validation of the teen's detention.
