Italian lighting, energy, and home-automation firm Gewiss will be an official sponsor of Expo Milan 2015 and a main partner of the Italian pavilion.
The announcement was made Friday by Diana Bracco, general commissioner for the Italian pavilion, and Gewiss President Domenico Bosatelli at the 53rd annual Salone del Mobile furniture fair in Milan.
Founded in 1970 and operative in 80 countries, Gewiss will
oversee the energy-efficient use of lighting and power at the
pavilion with a three-million-euro investment, in keeping with
the Expo's ecological theme "Feeding the Planet: Energy for
Life".
