Three Romanians have been
arrested over the murder of a German manager found with his
throat cut in his Rome apartment last month, police said Monday.
Also arrested was the father of one of the three on charges
of aiding and abetting the murder and receiving property stolen
from the manager, Oliver Degenhardt, aged 49.
The three charged with murder were aged 23, 26 and 28 and
had fled Italy immediately after the killing.
The dead man was found November 6 with his throat cut and a
blow to the head by firefighters called to his apartment that
was set afire by the killers to try and cover their tracks,
police added.
Two of the three alleged killers were arrested in Romania
and one in Norway.
