The British Film Academy on
Sunday awarded Ennio Morricone a BAFTA for best music in the
Quentin Tarantino film The Hateful Eight.
The 87-year-old famed Italian composer's soundtrack for the
Western mystery was his first collaboration with the American
director, and it had already won a 2016 Golden Globe for best
original score.
It was also been nominated for an Oscar.
Another big winner at Sunday night's ceremony was The
Revenant, which took home five BAFTAs including best director
for Alejandro G. Inarritu and best actor for Leonardo Di Caprio.
