The dinner dedicated to the Tastes of Italian Tradition, co-organised yesterday by the Italian Embassy and Confindustria of Northern Macedonia, at the 'Da Gino' restaurant in Skopje, as part of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, was a great success. The event, which celebrated the authentic flavours of Italian gastronomy famous and loved all over the world, attracted a large number of enthusiastic and passionate participants - as reported by the Embassy in a note.
The menu, masterfully prepared by the chefs of the 'Da Gino' restaurant in collaboration with Casa Rinaldi, the evening's sponsor, offered participants a culinary journey through Italian excellence. Among the delicacies on offer were Parma ham, mortadella, Parmigiano Reggiano, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar from Modena, Genoese pesto and much more, from first courses to desserts.
The event was also made possible thanks to the support of the Consorzio Parmigiano Reggiano, Bottega del Vino, Birra Moretti and Caffè Borbone.
A warm thank you goes to all those who took part in this extraordinary celebration of Italian cuisine, once again confirming its central role in the promotion of Made in Italy! For those who wish to live or extend this extraordinary taste experience, the 'Da Gino' restaurant will continue to offer special Italian menus until the end of the month, as a tribute to the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World.
