Scuffles broke out Friday
between police and students protesting Premier Matteo Renzi's
'Good School' reforms in Bologna Friday.
The students tried to break through a cordon around the
offices of the business group Unindustria Bologna.
The police baton-charged the students, wielding their
truncheons.
The Good School reforms, which include the hiring of
thousands of teachers, have been contested by teachers and
students.
