Premier Matteo Renzi on
Monday recalled last year's flap over Nutella involving French
French Environment Minister Segolene Royal.
Speaking to students at an Italian school in Buenos Aires,
he recalled that it was a "mistaken" row which ended in Royal
apologising for urging people not to eat Nutella because it
allegedly damaged the environment because of its use of palm
oil.
The premier was responding to the students' saying that
Nutella was one of the symbols of Italy.
