London needs to provide
"certain" information on Brexit, said Italian Foreign Minister
Paolo Gentiloni on Tuesday, two days before a meeting with his
British counterpart Boris Johnson.
Gentiloni is due to meet the British Foreign Secretary at
Florence's Palazzo Vecchio on Thursday.
Italy intends to give two messages at the meeting, the
minister said.
The first "is that certainty is required and the second is
that it is necessary to take care of the EU, of its internal
cohesion, of its interests," Gentiloni explained.
"Not just the interests of the 27 but also a fundamental
interest of the 28th country are at stake," he concluded.
