Premier Giorgia Meloni always listens
to President Sergio Mattarella with great respect, sources at
her office said after the head of State told Elon Musk that
Italy could look after itself over the tycoon's call for judges
who ruled against the government's controversial Albania migrant
scheme to be removed.
"We always listen with great respect to the words of the
President of the Republic", Meloni was quoted as saying by
sources at Palazzo Chigi.
