Napoli and Juve both had
crushing victories at the weekend to pull away at the top of
Serie A.
Leaders Napoli beat Empoli 5-1 while Juventus, two points
behind in second place, won 4-0 at Chievo.
Napoli are on 50 points from 22 matches and Juve are on
48.
Behind them, Fiorentina could only manage a 0-0 draw at
Genoa to stay in third, six points behind Juve.
Inter Milan lost the derby to AC Milan 3-0 and fell to
fourth, one point behind Fiorentina on 41.
Roma are fifth on 38 points having beaten Frosinone 3-1
while AC's derby win lifted them to sixth on 36 points.
Napoli's Gonzalo Higuain scored again and now has 22
strikes from 22 games, leading the goalscorers' standings.
