Napoli coach Luciano Spalletti has
said his players must not get cocky after they continued their
scintillating form by beating Eintracht Frankfurt 2-0 in their
Champions League last 16 first leg on Tuesday.
Goals by Victor Osimhen and Giovanni Di Lorenzo put the Naples
side, who are also 15 points clear at the top of the Serie A,
firmly in command of the tie.
"Calm is what's needed now," Spalletti said.
"We sill have to play and win the next match.
"The biggest danger is arrogance.
"When you think you have an advantage and you don't manage the
match well mentally, you can always be hit by an unfavourable
incident that throws everything into doubt.
"Eintracht have good players who were not in the match squad
today and who could change things.
"We've shown that we are capable of going though to the next
round but we still have to actually do that".
