Gianluigi Nuzzi told reporters Tuesday as the so-called
Vatileaks 2 trial kicked off.
"We are not martyrs, we are just reporters but some
principles must be defended," said Nuzzi, one of five defendants
in the document-leaking case.
"You can criticize, appreciate, or blame but there is
another level, which is safeguarding freedom of information".
