(ANSA-AFP) - FRANKFURT AM MAIN, SEP 28 - German inflation
slowed sharply in September to the lowest level since the
outbreak of the Ukraine war, preliminary data showed Thursday,
in a much-needed boost for Europe's top economy. The figure came
in at 4.5 percent year-on-year, down from 6.1 percent in August,
according to national statistics agency Destatis. (ANSA-AFP).
