"How can the Hungarian government
invite Russians into the EU without additional controls? This
poses a security risk not only for Hungary, but for all 27. How
can Hungary allow Chinese police forces to operate? This does
not strengthen European sovereignty, but rather opens the door
for foreign interference." Ursula von der Leyen, President of
the EU Commission, made this statement in an address to Viktor
Orban in the European Parliament.
