Following the positive opinion of
EU Member States, the European Commission has approved Albania,
Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia's reform
agendas, a critical step towards allowing payments under the EU
Reform and Growth Instrument totalling 6 billion euros to be
made upon completion of the agreed-upon reforms. The Commission
is waiting for Bosnia and Herzegovina to formally present its
reform agenda before proceeding with its assessment, and it will
continue to support the authorities in completing it for the
benefit of all citizens, the EU said.
