Some 14 million Italians will start
travelling again at Easter, hotel group Federalberghi said
Friday.
One in four (24.9%) will take advantage of the April 25
Liberation Day holiday to make a long holiday 'bridge', it said.
Some 89.5% of Easter travellers will stay in Italy while 10.5%
will choose a foreign location, the survey said.
The favourite destinations for those staying in Italy will be
the seaside (28.9%), art cities (28,7%), and the mountains
(16.4%).
For those going abroad, major European capitals will win out
(57.8%).
