An Italian former militant said
Tuesday he got a "great kick" out of the French high court's
decision to reject 10 Italian extradition requests for former
leftist militants, most of them former members of the Red
Brigades (BR).
Enrico Galmozzi, founder of the Prima Linea Combatant Brigades,
an heir of the BR, said: "What a kick the French Cassation
(Court) gives me..."
Galmozzi has been convicted of the murders of lawyer Enrico
Pedenovi and policeman Giuseppe Ciotta.
