An Italian tourist died on Friday
after falling from a height of 30 meters while walking along a
path closed to transit at the archaeological site of Petra in
Jordan, qualified sources confirmed on Saturday.
The 30-year-old from Turin was travelling on his own in the
country.
Police have opened an investigation.
