Three-time ex-premier and media
magnate Silvio Berlusconi returned to hospital for scheduled
leukemia tests after spending 45 days in the San Raffaele with a
lung infection recently, his doctors said Friday.
"President Silvio Berlusconi is currently hospitalised at the
San Raffaele Hospital for scheduled tests in relation to the
known haematological pathology," his doctors Alberto Zangrillo
and Fabio Ciceri said.
The 86-year-old left the Milan hospital on May 19 after being
treated for the lung infection linked to a previously
undisclosed case of chronic leukaemia.
