Late ex-premier and media billionaire
Silvio Berlusconi's will was opened on Wednesday before two
lawyers, Luca Fossati of the Chiomenti law firm, and Carlo
Rimini, sources said.
Fossati was representing Berlusconi's two older children from
his first marriage, Marina and Pier Silvio, while Rimini was
representing the three children from his second marriage,
Barbara, Eleonora and Luigi, the sources said.
Among other things, the will is set to outline how Berlusconi
wanted his 61% stake in the Fininvest family holding company to
be split between his children. Berlusconi was estimated to have
had a net worth of over six billion euros at the time of his
death last month.
