Italy won the silver medal in the final of the men's 4x100m relay competition at the World Championships in Budapest, Hungary, on Saturday.
The quartet comprising Marcell Jacobs, Filippo Tortu, Roberto Rigali and Lorenzo Patta finished in 37"62, behind the United States and in front of Jamaica.
