AC Milan scored a 1-0 win over Genoa
in the eighth day of play in Italy's Serie A premier league
championship on Saturday to place themselves at the top of the
table with a two-point lead over closest rivals Inter.
The two Milanese teams are followed by Turin giants Juventus in
third place after their 2-0 win against Torino also on Saturday.
