AS Roma have said that Evan Ndicka is
on the mend after the Ivory Coast defender suffered a bad turn
in their visit to Udinese on Sunday, causing the Serie A match
to be abandoned in the 71st minute.
The 24-year-old dropped to the ground holding his chest and was
rushed to hospital.
"Evan is feeling better and is in good spirits," Roma said in a
statement after the rest of the squad went to visit him.
"He will remain in the hospital for further observations".
The score was 1-1 when the match was abandoned.
It will be resumed at a later date, starting from the 71st
minute.
