Four alleged attackers of La Stampa journalist Andrea Joly, who was the victim of an assault on Saturday night outside a Turin club frequented by far-right militants, have been identified by police, investigative sources said on Tuesday.
Police early on Tuesday searched the militants' home and the Asso di Bastoni club in Turin of the far-right group CasaPound.
In addition to the first two CasaPound Torino militants - aged 45 and 53 - identified by authorities shortly after the attack, police identified two others, another two men aged 46 and 35.
Security officials searched the homes of the four suspects who are believed to have hit Joly because he was taking pictures and videos of a party to celebrate the 16th anniversary of the club where CasaPound is based in the Piedmont city.
The four suspects face charges of causing bodily harm aggravated by futile motives, by the number of attackers and by the fact that they were acting to commit a private violence crime, investigative sources said.
