A 48-year-old Italian carer on
Thursday confessed to killing four clients, two in the Cilento
area of Campania, one at Casoria near Naples, and the fourth at
Latina south of Rome, police said Friday.
The man, Mario Eutizia, was arrested on a warrant from
prosecutors at Santa Maria Capua Vetere near Naples after his
confession to Carabinieri at Caserta north of Naples.
