A 17-year-old who confessed to
allegedly killing his parents and 12-year-old brother on Sunday
at their family home in Paderno Dugnano near Milan said on
Tuesday he never thought he would go as far as murdering
someone.
"I experienced this unease, this existential angst but I never
thought I would go as far as killing anyone, I can't explain
what happened that night, unfortunately it did", the boy is
reported to have said by investigative sources.
The teen is currently being held at Milan's Beccaria juvenile
prison.
On Tuesday, he met his lawyer, Amedeo Rizza, who described him
as deeply affected.
"He is becoming aware of what he has done, even if he can't
explain it", said Rizza.
