Former Inter, Juventus and Italy
striker Totò Schillaci has died at the age of 59, the Palermo
health authority said on Wednesday.
Schillaci, one of heroes of the national team's 'magic nights'
at the Italia '90 World Cup, when he was top scorer with six
goals, had been admitted to Palermo's Civico hospital on
September 7.
He had been in treatment for several years for colon cancer.
