The 19th Rome Film Festival ended
Saturday night with the best film award going to Bound in heaven
by Huo Xin, the Grand Jury Prize to La nuit se traîne by Michiel
Blanchart, best director to Morrisa Maltz for Jazzy, best
screenplay to Christopher Andrews for Bring Them Down, best
actress "Monica Vitti" Award to Ángela Molina for Polvo serán,
and the best actor "Vittorio Gassman" Award to Elio Germano for
Berlinguer, The Great Ambition.
The Special Jury Prize went to the cast of Reading Lolita in
Tehran.
