Cold air from Scotland will bring
"three seasons to Italy in 36 hours", forecasters said Monday.
"There will be an alternation of sun and showers up till
Wednesday," said Mattia Gussoni, meteorologist of the website
www.ilmeteo.it.
"After that the weather will get rose, with a likely cyclone in
the centre and south," he said.
"On Monday it will be broadly sunny in the north but with
cloudbursts in Romagna and the mountains across the area.
"In the centre it will be mostly sunny but the Adriatic coast
will see rain showers.
"In the south there will be unstable weather with showers on the
Apennine ridge and in Puglia".
Gussoni added: "this very mixed weather picture will persist
until Wednesday.
