The Italian Trade Agency (Ice) has
earmarked three million euros in support of businesses affected
by the flooding and landslide emergency in Emilia Romagna, a
statement from the foreign ministry said on Friday.
The measure is intended to be "a first solidarity contribution
aimed at helping some companies in the area to start up again",
said Deputy Premier and Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani.
The measures provide concessions to companies admitted to the
initiatives already planned by Ice that are headquartered in
municipalities recognized as "victims of the natural disaster",
said the statement.
