The Italian association for the
defence of animals and the environment has set a bounty of 3,000
euros on the head of a man who allegedly set his dog on two cats
in Sicily recently, killing the animals.
The cash is offered to anyone who can identify and help convict
the man who, in recent weeks in Vittoria, in the province of
Ragusa, allegedly set his dog loose to maul to death the two
cats in the space of a few days.
The man has reportedly been sighted roaming around in a hood and
with his large dog on a leash.
