A 71-year-old man killed his
long-ailing 64-year-old wife by shooting her with a gun and then
committed suicide with the same weapon at Altedo near Bologna on
Wednesday, police said.
Carabinieri found the two bodies around 7:30, alerted by the
nurse who was looking after his wife.
According to what has been learned, the woman had been ill for
some time.
