Influencer Chiara Ferragni on
Wednesday appealed to the Lazio regional administrative court
(TAR) against an over one million euro fine levied by Italy's
antitrust authority in December on companies linked to her and
cake maker Balocco for alleged misleading advertising regarding
the sale of their Pink Christmas pandoro, Il Messaggero daily
reported.
It is one of a number of cases in which the 36-year-old
businesswoman, part of Italy's premier showbiz power couple with
34-year-old rapper Fedez, stands accused of falsely profiting
from allegedly bogus charity item sales including a doll and an
Easter egg modelled on her.
