The Italian National Chefs' Team (NIC)
on Friday won the senior category of the Global Chef Challenge
in Dubai beating Sweden and Singapore.
Italy also got two second places: in the junior category, with
young chef Giorgia Ceccato, and the pastry category, with
Antonio Dell'Oro and Luca Bnà.
It was a historic result for all the Italian team, trained by
General Manager Gianluca Tomasi, Team manager Pier Luca Ardito
and Junior Team Chef Angelo Biscotti, and accompanied by the
president of the Italian Chefs Federation, Rocco Pozzulo.
