Italy was among the protagonists at the 28th Black Nights Film Festival in Tallinn. This was announced by the Italian Embassy in Estonia. The prize for best female interpreter went to Pirjo Lonka and Elina Knihtilä, interpreters of 100 litres of gold, an Italian-Finnish film directed by Teemu Nikki.
The Special Jury Prize for debut works went to Ciao Bambino by director Edgardo Pistone.
