Massimo Pani today accompanied a delegation composed of General Commander CC Gianluca Vitagliano and Lieutenant Pierluigi Ferri of the Anti-Counterfeiting Unit of the Bank of Italy to the Ministry of Finance of North Macedonia, where they were received by the Minister of Finance Gordana Dimitrieska-Kochovska, the Director of the Financial Police Slobodan Ivanovski, the Undersecretary of Finance Andriana Matiloski and representatives of the Ministry of Interior.
    The visit," the Italian Embassy reported in a note, "took place within the framework of the European project Pericles IV, which finances staff exchanges, seminars, and training courses for law enforcement agencies, judicial authorities, and those involved in the fight against counterfeiting. During the meeting, the objectives of the project related to the prevention of counterfeiting and related financial fraud were presented, as well as the possibilities for exchanging experiences and best practices that the beneficiary countries, including North Macedonia, will be able to benefit from.
