The Ambassador of Italy in Bratislava, Gianclemente De Felice, was received by the President of the Slovak Olympic Committee, Anton Siekel, and the Secretary General, Jozef Liba.
Also present at the meeting was the Head of International Relations, Petra Gantnerova.
The meeting was dedicated to the upcoming Winter Olympics in Milan - Cortina 2026 and the possible joint initiatives to be implemented in Slovakia to promote this event.
The Embassy and the Committee are preparing to collaborate on events to promote and raise awareness of Olympic values and to ensure the widest possible follow up in Slovakia to the competitions planned as part of the Games.
