Ex-premier Silvio Berlusconi's
Mediaset media group, now called MediaforEurope (MFE), in 2021
posted net consolidated earnings of 2,914 million euros, up 11%
on 2020, and a net profit of 374 million euros, some 169% up on
2020 and about double its pre-COVID level of 2019.
The company, which is now based in the Netherlands, said its
principal consolidated and Italian assets indicators were
"positive and above the company's forecasts at the start of the
year".
