Rome - ELITE has become a global model in boosting companies' growth and access to the market for capital.
The B20, the forum of companies in the G20, has included ELITE as an example to follow in policy papers for Governments to be presented Friday in Buenos Aires.
Created in 2012 in Italy, ELITE is the London Stock Exchange Group's exclusive business support and capital raising program, led by CEO Luca Peyrano. It helps international small and medium-sized firms prepare for external investment, to boost the next stage of their development and access capital markets.
It is a practical program that offers managers a network of global support and the tools to accelerate growth.
It also offers companies access to its private platform to collect capital from a wide range of investors.
The ELITE community over the past six years has grown to include over 900 companies from 32 countries.
They generate over 66 billion euros in combined revenues and employ approximately 400,000 people worldwide.
The global network has partnerships across Europe, the Middle East and the Mediterranean, the US, India, China, South America and Africa.
