Spaniard Jorge Martin won the
Portuguese MotoGP Grand Prix on Sunday for the Ducati Pramac
team ahead of Italy's Enea Bastianini on a Ducati factory team
bike.
KTM's Pedro Acosta came third.
Italy's twice world champion Francesco Bagnaia crashed out on
the other factory Ducati after coming into contact with Marc
Marquez on a bend in an incident that saw both riders hit the
tarmac.
Aprilia's Maverick Vinales fell too, crashing when he was in
second place with one lap to go.
Victory in the second grand prix of the season took Martin to
the top of the riders' standings with 60 points, 18 more than
KTM's Brad Binder, who came fourth on Sunday, and 21 more than
Bastianini, who started in pole position in Portugal.
Bagnaia, who went into the weekend at the top of the table, has
dropped to fourth, 23 points off the pace.
