World number one and top seed Jannik
Sinner fell ill during his Wimbledon quarter-final match against
world number five and 2021 US Open champ Daniil Medvedev, the
match was stopped and the Italian went to the locker room.
The 22-year-old South Tyrolean, who had just been broken in the
third at two sets all, came back ten minutes later and appeared
to be OK.
Sinner won his first slam in beating Medvedev in the Australian
Open final in January.
